The Towns of Huntersville, Cornelius, and Davidson Parks and Recreation Departments are hosting the local Hershey's Track and Field Games for boys and girls ages 9–14. All kids participating in the local event will have a chance to move onto sectionals, eventually having the chance to compete in national events. Participants can enter either two track events and one field event or one track event and two field events.

The events are as follows (not every race will be open to every age group):

50 Meter Dash
100 Meter Dash
200 Meter Dash
400 Meter Dash
800 Meter Dash
1600 Meter Dash
4 x 100 Relay
Standing Long Jump
Softball Throw

Registration will be accepted on-site.  A copy of each participant's birth certificate is required.

Please note:  Spiked shoes are not allowed.
