PARC gets superlative review - The Town Board commissioned a Performance Audit of the PARC Department. The Audit was completed by three volunteer citizens, Del Arrendale, Ron Kelly and John Freese who stated their Performance Audit mission to ”evaluate financial, management and physical assets for effectiveness.” Click the following links to read the Performance Audit or to see the Performance Audit Slide presentation.
