Join the Cornelius, Davidson, and Huntersville Parks and Recreation Departments, North Mecklenburg Senior Center, Lake Norman YMCA, Havana Ballroom and Banquet, and Shad's Landing as we celebrate “Lake Norman Senior Fun & Fitness Day” on Tuesday April 20, at Jetton Park, 16000 Jetton Road, from 10:00 am -1:00 pm.

Come enjoy a morning filled with health and fun fitness activities including: blood pressure screenings, 1.4 mile fitness walk, and 15 fitness stations.  A healthy lunch will be provided by Shad's Landing, Independent Retirement Living Facility.  Pre-registration is preferred and is $3.00/person, which will be open until Friday April 16.  The registration fee on the day of the event will be $5.00.
