This eight-week group exercise class is designed to improve core strength, balance, and coordination. The focus of this pilates class will be on traditional pilates movement patterns, the use of core breathing, and correct alignment. Participants will enjoy improvement in posture and overall toning. Fitness and pilates unite in this contemporary toning gym workout. Danielle Wasser of Fitness Together will be leading this exciting class. At age four Danielle started her dance career in ballet, tap and jazz and from then on, has made living a healthy lifestyle a way of life. Danielle became certified through the PILATES COACH in 2005, but has added her own touch to classes with her creativity and ballet principles.
This class is meant for all levels and Danielle is able to make it challenging whether you are a novice or an expert. Women who are in their 3rd trimester pregnancy should consult with a physician before taking this class. Those with chronic injuries will find this to be a great class by receiving an amazing workout without further harming your ailments.

Please bring $8 cash to the first class for an exercise ball that will be used in the class. Bring a mat and a towel!
