DIVISIONS - All teams except K-1 will have an additional weekend practice until games start in March.

Boys U-15 - Born between 1/1/95 and 12/31/96.  Can NOT be playing on a high school level Varsity, JV or Club team.  Two practices per week.

Boys U-13 - Born between 1/1/97 and 12/31/98.  Two practices per week.

Boys U-11 - Born between 1/1/99 and 12/31/00.  One practice per week.

Boys U-9 - Born between 1/1/01 and 12/31/02.  One practice per week.

K-1 Instructional (Coed) - Born between 6/1/02 and 9/1/04.  No contact.  One practice per week starting the first week in March.

Girls Middle School - Born between 1/1/95 and 10/15/98.  Two practices per week.

Girls Youth - Born between 10/15/98 and 10/15/02.  One practice per week.

REGISTRATION COST (Includes jersey and trophy):
Instructional K-1:        Resident $60.00       Non-resident $70.00
All other divisions:      Resident $100.00      Non-resident $110.00
Financial assistance available on a limited basis.

REFUND POLICY:
In the event that a child cannot participate in the program for which he/she has registered, a 75% refund will be issued when notice is given prior to the first scheduled practice.  A 50% refund will be issued when notice is given after the first scheduled practice.  Once the first scheduled game has been played, no refund will be given.  Please allow up to 30 days for refund processing.

LOCATIONS:
Practices begin the week of February 15th and games begin in March at Smithville Park and Huntersville Athletic Park.  Away games may take place at various locations in Mooresville, Charlotte, Denver or possibly as far away as Greensboro or Hickory.  (Cornelius PARC and Huntersville Parks & Recreation Departments are not responsible for any travel needs or arrangements associated with any program or league-related activities.)

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:
Instructional Division:  Boys' or girls' lacrosse stick and mouthguard.
Girls: Girls’ stick, mouthguard, and approved protective eye wear.
Boys: Boys’ stick, lacrosse helmet, gloves, shoulder pads with attached chest pad, arm pads,  mouthguard and protective cup. (Football or hockey helmets will not be allowed as a substitute for the lacrosse helmet.)
Cleats or turf shoes recommended (no metal cleats).
